What Xyrus said. I touched on it briefly, but basically it's a situational/luxury pickup because there are a lot of other options you could pick instead that arguably give more benefits for a lesser price. One that I consider better, that is also cheaper, is Eul's Scepter of Divinity. It's one of those things where if the game calls for it, like if teamfights are long and drawn out, it might be worth getting. Sometimes after something like a won teamfight then taking Roshan, you suddenly find yourself with a couple thousand gold. When that happens, it's not really a bad idea to pick it up. Up to you to decide if it's worth the price and if the time is right.

I say that the upgrade is "meh" in the guide, but it's actually fairly useful. You have much more options to swap with instead of the 9 other heroes on the map, and as I said the cooldown is dropped substantially. It's a lot like Clockwerk's ult in that respect. If you find yourself constantly wishing it wasn't on cooldown, or if you make a bad swap and wish you had another a lot, maybe build it.

What is your opionion on agh's for vs? I don't feel that the 4200 gold is worth it on a support for what i feel is a small upgrade.

It's not always worth it, but that 2nd swap can let you catch a fleeing enemy by either using a 2nd Swap, or swapping a Creep so you can get into range to Magic Missile them. It can mean that you can both Initiate a Gank and save a Teammate after the rest of the other Team come in to retaliate. It can be used to cancel a Town Portal Scroll after a Teamfight even if the target is Magic Immune. It's Situational, but has a lot of uses and in some games it's simply amazing.

lol sorry, typo. It's meant to say "allies" instead of "enemies". They're so similar, ya know? ;)
