Thank you Mother Grandma. This guide helped me get started and begin to rebound from some serious beat downs. My later build is much different but I follow your early and mid game to the letter. Except that I like to get Shrapnel right after Take Aim. It gives me something to do with my mana and helps to protect my lane. I'll fire it right behind the enemy creeps to force the enemy back or slow them down. If they run into it I can get a few extra shots. I like taking them out of their comfort zone and punishing them for standing too close in a team fight. Anytime I can influence the enemy I can potentially come out a step ahead of them.
Why do you talk about creep feeding and not put a single point in Shrapnel until last? That is his best skill for that task and you *will* need the gold for later. I don't see how it would be possible to get enough gold for a carry if you start leveling your ganking skills ASAP. Also, I would think a hero like Sniper would need more items than Shadow Blade to be an very effective carry. All of your luxury besides Butterfly are unfeasible in almost all situations. Instead of Quarterstaff and Claymore why not start building an agility item, like Manta Style?
