For Bristleback's icon not to show up like this: Bristleback, you need to type: Bristleback

bristleback is my best hero
i find your guide is kinda null for a bb
he is a tanker not a killing machine
you are there so the enemy focus on you in a war while your team mates finish the job
so u need all the tank item blademail, vanguard, pipe, bkb n heart (core)
i wont lose the game whenever my bb reach heart below 40min

I feel that a Hood of Defiance or Pipe of Insight is needed for bristle to stay alive when there are hard nukers

There are some typos in your layout. Bristleback the hero is not Bristleback the skill. Kinda confusing in your guide.

About your build. Almost every hero can get big by giving him a ****load of items and make him 6slotted. Sure the Skillset of Bristleback makes him a better hardcarry than a Cristal Maiden but he wont be a top tier late game hard carry ever.
The major problem: you must have a Black King Bar or Hex just makes you a useless cuddly little chicken. Means -1 Slot.

You dont have a Town Portal nor you have Boots of Travel. One of both is a must have. Means -1 Slot.

Having minus 2 big items is a big difference.

Second: He is not the kind of solokillerguy. He lacks mobilty and disables. Imagine a support (most of them have a disable). Bristleback comes around the corner. I stun him and tp out or may run away. Even if I dont have a stun. I just tp out. Until very late game Bristleback doesnt have the DPS to kill me fast enough.
Compare it to a void. Jumping out of nowhere. Chrono --> 1-5 dead guys and there is nothing you can do about it.
Lifestealer. Comes around. Rage, Open Wounds and he dishes out so much dmg that you cant do anything but dying.

Dont get me wrong. I like Bristleback. He is fun to play and has some! potential to snowball. Against noobs it is even more fun to see how they kill themselfes by chasing and attacking me. But I dont recommend to play him as the #1 HardCarry.

He doesn't necessarily have to go safe lane - as I said he can farm heroes rather than creeps especially with an early Armlet and Medallion of Courage or Desolator. Think of him like Templar Assassin, buying DPS items after you snowball. At level seven with 3 points in Viscous Nasal Goo and a Medallion of Courage you have minus armour similar to Amplify Damage and 100 bonus damage from Warpath. With an early Crystalus you are pretty much a Templar Assassin with much better ganking and chasing potential.

As a horrible Bristleback player, I can't vouch for anything I say. However, I feel as though your build is geared towards the late game (as noted by your guide being referenced as a 'hard carry' build). The meta is known to favor the mid game, which is where Bristleback shines, hence him getting early-mid game orientated items like Drums, Phases, and Vanguard.

I feel like your guide is sufficient in terms of putting Bristleback in the safe lane for farming, however, Bristleback is (as far as I know) a solid offlaner- which gives the opportunity for a more sufficient hard carry (Phantom Assassin, Sven, etc.) to take the safe lane farm.

I like the build, although I probably won't be testing it, as I said I'm absolutely horrible on Bristle.
