As for the Mjollnir, there are many situational items on him with many benefits, and we may count Mjollnir as one of them, but the situation you will really need it is a very late game, where our skills give no massive damage (except for Dismember+Agha i guess). Pudge's a tanky hero (5000 hp) with high damage gained from Heart and Flesh Heap (abbout 300-330 damage). So we can get the most out of it with better IAS. Mjollnir is good for that as it grants bonus 25% arc lighning for even more damage and active spell, which, as i mentioned, works great with mass disables. I tried it a few times and i didnt regret it. Just to think it over, what else can we buy? Another Heart? Regen doesn't stack. Another Bloodstone? Only one stone will get points. Veil of discord is fine, as it has big AoE, but 25%? Late game is a game of high damage, not spells and nukes, that's why Mjollnir

Well you might want to look at your skill build first because you skipped 1 level of your ult and 1 level of flesh heap as well, besides that, I would also leave the Mjollnir out of the optional items since that obviously doesn't belong to Pudge. For the rest it is an interesting guide with some refreshing ideas..
