Ursa is already at max attack speed with overpower, so getting attack speed items is a big waste.

Enrage is usefull but we don't need to base the build with Enrage. The Build Must be based on OP and FurySwipes. If you follow this build you'll attack with a base of 200 Dmg 450 on crits and you will kill heroes easily. Roshan will be killed at lvl 7 easily If you got Vlad. The only change I recommend is a possiblity to change the boots for Phase. I got a 16/2/10 with that build.

Ehh... sorry, -1. HP Ursa is just the only real way to play him. With this build you would be completely ignoring his ulti, and you would leave yourself vulnerable. You don't have the mobility to keep up with someone and deal sustained DPS, Ursa is about burst.

This is close to the build i use.
Pretty simple and affordable also.
