My item and skill build is pretty much like yours, but after ~30 games with Slark I tried buying Skadi as late game item and I can say that it makes Slark just unkillable machine with nearly 3k hp, and enemies can't run away from you, which is nice for passive stat drain. Also early Orb of Venom helps a lot in chasing enemies in case you don't have mana for jump or just don't want to waste mana on enemy that is just behind your range.
Anyway great build :>
Edit. Is Slark attack speed fast enough to make use of early 2 points in passive?
Why Sange and Yasha and not Manta Style? Sange and Yasha provides a bit of HP compared to Yasha, where as the illuisions from Manta Style can be used offensively and defensively and the illusions carry the AGI that Slark has when he splits, making their damage quite noticable. (And the price difference between the 2 is only about 900 gold... one gets better and the other gets worse as the game goes on into late game)
Also you meantioned Slarks ult gives Mana regen (very bottom) but that is not true.
Thanks for the post. Fixed the ultimate details!
Why not Manta? Because first and foremost I don't want to have to worry about clicking an active. I want an item that I buy and can absolutely forget about, I.E. Sange/Yasha to top it off I like the fact it has a tad bit better movement speed, as I feel that's one of Slarks most important factors, SPEED. The Sange/Yasha has better strength/damage.
Keep in mind just building into the Sange/Yasha is easy and gives you minor stats boosts along the way as you are building into it. It's a small detail but definitely something to keep in mind.
