ehh
nice guide
but i dont understand why you need blink dagger
because
burrow has a stun of 2.17 secs
so what i do is use burrow on someone
then fast after i touch him i use epicenter
and after its channeled i use (sometimes) Sand storm (it doesnt brake epicenter!)
so they cant attack you when your earthquake is going on
and yes you can use blink to get away or something
but id prefer go for aghanim first
and you actually dont need blink so...
but the other part of the guide is good!

I don't even...
Unless you're consistently landing Burrowstrike on literally all 5 enemy heroes, there is no way you can reliably pull off Epicenter. It's possible to rush BKB instead of Blink and Burrow->Epi while your BKB is up, but Blink is so useful for chasing and escaping + double stacking + general mobility on SK that there's no reason not to get it.

2) Your skill build is incredibly situational. Generally SK will be played as a support 4th/5th position, and it is absolutely not your job to push lanes until much later in the game. If you need to be able to clear stacked jungle camps, lvl 3-4 sandstorm does the job better now that Valve has fixed sandstorm not damaging jungle creeps. Your build only works with a very VERY heavy pushing strat or if youre laning mid vs a melee / low range hero.
Other comments:
- Depending on your team comp, veil could be considered core after blink.
- I don't see how building shadow blade could be justified if you have blink + sandstorm. If you need to escape, you can burrowstrike up/down cliffs or into the woods and TP out. Alternatively, BKB (which is more useful than shadow blade) + TP out.
- Other situational items to consider: BoT / Drum / Pipe / Blademail / Heart / Sheep / Shiva's / Euls / Vlads (all situational, but work in the right circumstances)
- I think a section on who to lane with / who to watch out for would be very helpful for new players. For example, a SK/Leshrac or SK/Lina lane is incredibly powerful. Heroes like Slardar/BH will track you through invis, and Pugna's nether ward will **** up your Epi-Blink.
For core items i recommend a Veil over the Sceptor...though the sceptor gives you more HP, the veil does a hell of a lot more in a team fight in terms of damage. Epicenter + Blink + Veil + Burrow + 25% magic damage for your entire team is way more beneficial than 2 extra epicenter pulses.
Depends. Aghs gives way more stat bonuses, in particular the +HP/+Mana are very very useful. Also, think of it like this: unless the enemy team is completely stacked on top of each other (Magnus/Enigma ults), chances are you're going to hit maybe 6-8 of your 10 pulses on many of the heroes. In this case, the extra two pulses you get from Aghs are the widest AOE and will definitely hit, making it >= 25% extra epicenter damage.
Additional issues: veil is almost always better than aghanims if you don't need the HP and are not the only source of magic damage on your team. Maxing caustic (or even skilling it before 10) is situational depending on your laning matchup seeing as it pushes your lane uncontrollably, whereas sandstorm maxed gives you consistent disjoint.
