ı havent seen a pl win a game without HoT in 3 years. I can tell you what will happens still if you havent a HoT at 16 . consider you have pt(agi) manta diffusal blade and a cristalis if enemy team has non underfarmed kunkka, he should have a phase boots battlefury shadow blade and a crystalis , kunkka deals about 650 damage to pl in one shot. ı usually prefer radiance/HoT rush after my tranquil boots. my favourite sixth item is etheral blade 60 bonus stat is so cool if you wish you can check my pl guide
