Unless you're so hopeless that you *need* Shuriken Toss's burst, you shouldn't be worried about it. The game isn't about burst damage, and it's never necessary in order to get a kill. You might also note that this is only a guide- these are my personal suggestions and playstyle. I do not require your approval to use them, and neither do others. This is what I have learned works best.
You're in the low bracket. Track doesnt reduce armor and bounty's strengths are BURST DAMAGE and TRACK. one level maximum 2 levels in shadow walk is enough. maxing it is pointless. bounty hunter is a nuker/semi-support not a damn hard carry for gods sake. You need burst dmg to quickly kill targets whilst tracked to ensure your team has the gold advantage. maxing shadow walk/jinada is stupid. EVEN RUSSIANS DONT BUILD THAT WAY.
Totally agree with him should put maximum 2 levels on it then max jinada and shuriken

Why... would... you.. max ... shadow walk by lvl 7?................................................................... unless you're that bad and need to spam it all the time. you're misisng out on alot of burst damage from maxed shuriken / jinada
