As deadly as blade but as quiet as grass

Shinobis, a warrior class from the Isle of Mask, different from their counterparts, where the Juggernauts runs into battle screaming, blades up the Shinobis goes to battle in secrecy, no one knows if a Shinobi is with in an area until an ally drops dead. However, venegful magic destroyed the isle in a single night, rumors has it not a single Juggernaut survived it's destruction but a Shinobi did. No one knows where he is now. No one has every seen a body nor a face of a Shinobi as their robes are as sacred as a Juggernaut's mask. We may never know where the last of their kind is or if there is a surviving one to begin with because as legends goes only when an ally drops dead infront of you beheaded can you know there is a Shinobi nearby.

Description:

Jubei Arishikage, The Shinobi is a agility melee hero expert at slowing down and finding opponents for your or your allies to kill. Steels Stars fires shurikens that deal little damage but slows an opponent greatly good for ambush scenarios,chasing enemies and slowing enemies chasing you or an ally.Perch gives him excellent ganking and escape options, going atop trees giving bonus vision and has flying vision this also helps him cast some of his spells with him having bonus cast range while atop a tree, Jubei can still jump from tree to tree fully as the ability can't be canceled upon receiving damage however the player must exercise discipline as the ability is charged based with a 20 second restore time per charge However, cutting the tree where he is perched stuns him for 4 seconds.Keen Senses gives him excellent ability to locate invisible enemies upon activation however it can't see any invisible units not in the radius and it's long cooldown makes it a high risk high reward scouting ability. Finally Killing Blow is a vector targeted damaging slash that deals huge amount of critical damage good for both ending an enemy or lowering their health for allies to make an easier kill it also instantly procs regardless of proc chance any attack modifiers except critical strike and doubling their effect(by double it mean doubling the damage, bounces or debuff it can cause.

HERO DISCUSSION

Concept Explaination:

Ok so on Jubei. The concept of Jubei is made in an effort to make a niche for a gank and chase heavy character using trees similar to Monkey King however, unlike Monkey King he excels at chasing and is bad at damaging enemies due to how limited his skill set is, he is made with the sole concept of excellent ganking potential from early to late game with him having no good damaging ability. Killing Blow may have a high damage crit percent but it's vector targeting property makes it hard to land if played with unskilled hands.


Possible Gameplay Strats:


Gank/Support: Jubei's main bread and butter gameplay strat. Due to his Perch and Steel Stars his early gank ability is rivaled of characters like Maiden, Pudge, Bounty and Storm. However, even with these abilities Jubei's natural enemy is his health pool as he has a low base strength point and gain. Some items can also be detrimental to Jubei especially Linken's and BKB as his only nuke ability Steels Stars does not pierce spell immunity and is a unit target ability. Items however can also help Jubei with Atos, Diffusal and to some extent Solar Crest to help him with dealing damage and amplifying his already good ganking prowess providing him with health, mana and damage things Jubei somewhat lacks while items like Linken's, Lotus, and Aeon Disk for protection especially against high combo damage dealers like Earthshaker, Sven and Storm.



Carry:In some extent Jubei can be played as a carry a position 2/3 to be exact. If done so he will be played in a similar manner to a slightly aggressive Anti-Mage as like Anti Mage he has no ability he can use early on to do huge amounts of nuke damage. He will be played as a late game carry with a lot of anti crowd control(like BKB) and damage dealing items in order to make the most out of his abilities especially his ult who has the ability to deal large amounts of crit damage, while doubling all stats of any attack modifier (except critical strike) and instantly procing them.

His W and E do far too little and/or are too gimmicky to be standalone skills, even if you were to up their numbers. My suggestion would be to combine them, basically keep the W as is but give him True Sight while he is on the tree.

I actually have this idea as a talent first then as one of the bonus it gives but I actually made a conscious decision to separate them as to not make Perch a "jack of all trades" kind of ability. Also its to balance him out because if he can have both the perch and true sight at the same time there is no conundrum in picking what you level up first.
