You didnt mention about forge spirits. Theyre still good against low armor targets like monkey and skywrath. If you skip the alacrity, you can get to quas lv 2 wayyy earlier and deal with their harass better before raindrops come online. Also cold snap into tornado meteor at level 8 can kill most low-medium hp targets. So against hard lanes but squishy opponents like tinker, sniper, lina, sf(kinda easy lane but you can stomp harder) you can do that combo when you hit lv 8 with 3-1-4 skillbuild. Tornado then coldsnap them after so they cant dodge it. Also its lv 1 wex so you gotta walk up to them abit closer.
Also hex is a godsend against bkb targets. Earthshaker can instagib you with his combo, euls blink force staff and escape your combos, but if you have hex, initiate on him and the enemy team is set up to a very bad fight. I would say hex is in the important item section more than shivas. Hex+blast + meteor can kill almost all supports too

Well, thanks! this guide is kinda old and I forgot to update some stuff, Forge Spirit is indeed great vs Monkey King and Skywrath Mage, I'd say it's even better vs Skywrath Mage considering he's going to spam his Q which I forgot the name so I can't give it a fancy icon, and with lvl 3 Quas you can handle it pretty well, but when I made this guide mid Skywrath Mage wasn't that common of a thing.
The Tornado into Chaos Meteor into Cold Snap or with the later before is a pretty common thing, but most players know about it so you can't just walk into them and do it, but for it to be effective you do need to be close to them, Sniper and Lina have long attack ranges and are not good targets, but Shadow Fiend sure is, most Shadow Fiends will outfarm you because he just farms faster early on, using two Shadow Razes in the lane to farm it fast and then go back to the jungle where he stacks a camp or farms a stacked one or maybe even two, I'll add it into the guide.
About Scythe of Vyse, it's great versus Black King Bar indeed, but there's a factor that in my opinion makes Shiva's Guard better, getting picked off, it happens some times, a Smoke of Deceit gank from a not warded area into a lucky jungle find late-game can cost you a game, Shiva's Guard might make you get out with maybe that 100 HP which you can easily Tornado and Ghost Walk, and another really important thing, with Shiva's Guard and the lvl 25 Tornado talent, you can farm waves very fast, giving you that extra gold, but in a game that isn't going late-game today I'd get a Scythe of Vyse versus a good Black King Bar carry, but if it's a game that might go late-game but there's a lot of teamfights going on, I'd pick Shiva's Guard over it.
also, using Scythe of Vyse in a support and right clicking him with Alacrity and maybe Cold Snap or throwing a high precision Tornado into a Sun Strike is good enought, no need to spend Deafening Blast which can save you from death and disable multiple enemy team heroes, and Chaos Meteor, probably your second higher dmg skill, the first being a good Cataclysm, which I do get more than the Alacrity buff these days after lot's of testing
One more thing I would change is your gigantic wall of text of heroes and stuff. Maybe just add a small portion of the heroes to make it more readable.
I find that very helpful. I didnt know how well lone druid is against invoker in lane. Though i disagree about viper. His orbwalk got nerfed hard so hes much easier to deal with. Also why take offense on a joke that youre not even aimed at?

There's a thing you're not considering, Lone Druid was pretty strong at the time I made the guide, the build you play like sniper but with the druid, it was the meta, that's why it was so strong, today it still kinda is but you can kill the druid and ignore the bear some times with a good Tornado into Sun Strike into Deafening Blast which is the best early-mid game combo possible, even tho it's really hard to pull off because of the SS timing, but with lvl 3 quas + Aghanim's Scepter it oneshots the bear, and early on you can just Ice Wall the bear these days, Viper was also stronger and different
Also don't assume everyone who is reading this guide sucks with Invoker. Some people like me just enjoy reading random guides and it's very rude so calm yourself.
Invoker is my favorite hero. But I'm still not that good at decision making on the build to do depending on who I play against / width. If you're 5.5k as you say and Invoker is your best hero I doubt you actually play that same build every game.
I think that most difficulties values you wrote down in the final part of the guide really depends on the build you chose to go with.
For example: against Lina you said difficulty 3 and most likely you lose the lane. That's true only if you go with your build. If you go Quas-Wex chances are you're gonna win the lane easily because you can just Tornado+Emp her every time, eventually following with Cold Snap. No mana Lina is an almost useless Lina, and if you can get the early advantage you usually snowball on her.
You admitted it yourself with Tinker. But the play style if you go Q-W is dramatically different of going W-E. The item build can be adjusted. Also depending on how the game go it can be adjusted.
Can you expand your guide with the others builds? (Quas-Wex, Quas-Exort)
With the specific objective of helping choosing the best guide depending on who you are up against or to combo with.
Also item variations to adapt to situations would be good :)
What do you do if you lose mid and the game is going bad?
If you can't win mid should you just leave and start roaming? AFK Jungle and let mid enemy free farm?
Ok, this is an EXORT guide, not a QUAS-WEX one, as I feel like QUAS-WEX is really out of the meta right now, as you can't farm well, I was thinking about adding QUAS-WEX and the old meta EXORT-QUAS, but really, nobody in higher skills are doing any other build than this one.
The situational items are to adapt to situations, if you look at the best Invoker players in the world(Sumiya, Sumail, MidOne, Miracle-), they always play this EXORT build with one point in WEX, and also do exactly this build, so this is why the guide's name is HIGH-LEVEL MID INVOKER GUIDE, I'll expand the guide later with QUAS-WEX, probably not QUAS-EXORT as I feel it is only great versus someone like TA, also I'll add a part where I tell what to do after winning mid/losing mid, how to farm with Invoker and other stuff, but thanks for your opinion, if I update the guide I'll tell you via a comment here.

Added the combos and also some stuff talking about mid heros
