Not to be rude, but our disqualification (autism international) was extremely unfair as enemies unpaused instantly without us being able to give a reason. They also acted unsportsmanlike at game start and after unpausing. This is super unfair to our team too since we just won our second game against the team in the second part of the bracket. I even asked to not allchat at the start. Please review and rethink your decision, because this seems like such an unfair ruling here.

We're discussing this case right now through PM. We will require more proof from your team to confirm the explanations above.

Also, the decision is not unfair at all. Behavior like this is not justified no matter the circumstances. When you agree to sign up in a tournament you also agree to respect the rules and act decently.

Maybe unfair is the wrong word, there is nohting to excuse our behavior for sure and we're very sorry about that. It just feels very wrong when I even asked for no allchat at start and enemies unpausing when we had IRL problems. I'll contact my captain to send further information.

If your opponents started to misbehave, you should've either ignored them either reported them to the tournament administrator. Calling them "******ed" and misbehaving yourself won't fix the problem, it will make it worse.

Explaining yourselves and blaming your opponents won't excuse your team for behaving like this and breaking the tournament's rules.

That's true. However, how can it just be ignored that they're intentionally trying to provoke us like this ingame? In the pregame lobby chat it was understandable that they already had a grudge against us due to the enemy captain's previous affiliation with ours. I would not have any quarrels about our disqualification if they too were not allowed to continue. Unpausing multiple times like that right after we pause (and no, it wasn't during a teamfight, our guy had 0hp and 0mp and no way to survive against their four heroes, he was dead no doubt) is just EXTREMELY badmannered no matter how you look at it. I am not requesting to look over our own unsportsmanlike conduct (which ONLY came in response to theirs), but please consider that what they did is just extremely triggering for a person who's ingame and trying their hardest to win.

Once again, we cannot act without clear proof. Also, once you see that your enemies are breaking the tournament's rules, you either try to tell them it's wrong or you gather proof and sort out the problem with the tournament administrator, not go on and start breaking the rules yourselves.

I'm still discussing with your captain about receiving clear proof about your opponent's abuse and we'll see what we can do.

Whatever, it doesn't matter anyways since they'll no doubt lose to their next opponents. I apologize on behalf of my team for our side of the behavior and hope future Dotafire cups go smoothly.
