But not maxing hook by 7, I'm not ok - Hook needs to be max first, end of - there is no other build, you could be jungling pudge, and that would still me max hook.. sorry mate -1
you should replace the ac with a shiva because pudge doesnt need attack speed and the slow with shiva helps you do more damage with rot
Hmm well rayzorpenguin shiva is in the luxuary section. the reason why I went with AC before shiva is because most people prefer it over shiva. But I do see your point, most competative players will pickup shiva, but this is not a competative build this is just a general build, the way I build and play pudge.
