Like Wulfgang told you already, you're probably not gonna have as many readers as you would like, since this is an English site. Nevertheless, there's no rule about the language of the guides (I think), as long as you do indicate clearly that it is a Spanish guide. Maybe you could do that in your guide, just a "[SPANISH]" indication in your title would be enough?

Its 2015, 80% of the information that we find in the internet is in English.
(Spanish is very risky in DOTA2, people might assume you're Peruvian and you will get no respect.)
