As a rule of thumb you should always grab the stat item before gloves of haste in power treads. Attack speed is nearly useless when you are only last hitting.

I'm gonna vote down... no real advice at all as to why you pick these items, or the skill build, or how to use the skills. Perhaps if this wasn't the ONLY guide on Razor I would just ignore, but yeah it's quite inadequate.

Hmm, Razor shoudn't be built like this. He is much better tankier! Static should be your main source of damage, scepter should be picked up as it also affects tower -> EPIC PUSHING.
