Sorry but i have to down vote your guide just for 2 reasons:
Daedalus, you should do more research this item on PA. In some situations its valid item on PA.

Quoted:
Your best laning teammate:
-Long range heroes who can keep harassing the enemy so they don't get close to the creeps (A very good sniper player, death prophet, nature's prophet... etc.)

Sniper with PA in the same lane? srsly?

a standard guide overall this is your first guide so it tends to be like that anyway you should:

1- add at the cons that a Monkey King Bar nearly negates half your carry power's because from those heroes ( Faceless Void. Wraith King. Sven. Ursa. Troll Warlord.etc etc) all can beat you once they have Monkey King Bar because it will negate your only surviving skill not going to mention that Chaos Knight Doesn't even need Monkey King Bar to out carry you also Faceless Void needs only his ulti

2- you also should add friend's and foe's list will make your guide even better :]

3- your point of late game will be a joke it won't because if the enemy team got any of the heroes i listed above with Monkey King Bar late game will be more hell than heaven

sorry if the cons looks too much but that is what normally happen's in first guides however i will be following your new guides i am sure you will do better maybe make another PA guide :]

Made a major update of the guide.
I extended the team work section and improved the item list and the uses of weapons.

I still didn't knew that they're players who make Daedalus on Phantom Assassin. I mean that was in older versions in the old meta. You should consider a Hand of Midas. I don't think Power Treads are core anymore cause of the nerf to boots Ms. So Phase Boots are better. If your willing to buy Desolator you will have to build Vladmir's Offering. Heart of Tarrasque hmmm I don't know. Building both Satanic and Heart of Tarrasque is not needed. Satanic is enough for Phantom Assassin to increase her survivability. You should probably get 2 or 3 Battle Fury lol :D.

I think you should mention items like Power Treads and Battle Fury as your option for this build. Don't say they are core for this Hero, because they aren't. One of the most popular PA players (Loda) didn't buy those items. Everyone has already given a lot of suggestions ( Phase Boots, Hand of Midas, not buying Battle Fury at all, you could also consider buying Drum of Endurance), so I won't go into that. Also you suggest buying 2 attack modifiers, when they don't even stack ( Desolator and HotD)

If you are more careful and open minded about these things, I think you can improve your guide a lot.

Evasion stacks diminishingly so while 35 + 40 == 75, 35% and 40% combine to give you 61% evasion (1 - Evasion * 1 - otherEvasion). Headshot also overrides Evasion, so you cannot avoid it this way.

I'd also recommend trying for a fast Hand of Midas rather than a Battle Fury in most games, since it doesn't slow your Farm down too much early on, pays for itself in less time and gives you a faster lvl16. Although, that's only in games where you can build it fast enough, same for Battle Fury.

I knew Butterfly's evasion stacked, but not reduced to 61%, i though it was 75%
Anyway thanks for correcting, I will keep updating the guide for any more mistakes or things I forget to put.
By the way, I NEVER said you have to get helm of the dominator first!
I updated the guide so you can all stop yelling.

Just a question, why would you go Helm of the Dominator first if you then buy a Battle Fury? BF is mainly taken for speeding up your farm (the cleave damage isn't much in teamfights after all), and you're basically investing more than 4000 gold to farm quicker. If you get a Battle Fury in 16 minutes, you should be able to get both Helm of the Dominator and Black King Bar by 25 minutes or a bit more, after which you can start winning teamfights. If you want to rush a HotD, then go straight Black King Bar and get damage items much earlier.

Also, you're missing out two of the most common items for PA: the Monkey King Bar (my first choice in terms of damage unless I need an Abyssal Blade) and especially the Satanic, probably the best item to get after a BKB and one of the items from the "mid-late game" section.

For some reason I missed Satanic and Heart of Tar***que, but I didn't though about Monkey king bar, since playing PA for quite a long time I am experienced with her, but I never was in need of it.
Anyway I added those three items into the guide too (I also edited Butterfly's description)
Thanks for reading my guide ;D
