Tranquil Boots should be taken straight after the Bottle, plus Urn of Shadows and Vanguard should be removed or considered situational. Same for the other boots except Boots of Travel.

The rest of the guide, though, is fine: the sooner you get Blink Dagger and Force Staff, the sooner you win teamfights.
