1. On your "Madness" build, do you go MoM -> Armlet ->BKB, or MoM -> BKB -> Armlet?
Either way seems like I'm compromising something important. I'd like to hear some analysis from you regarding this choice.
2. On most of my games, I feel like a mixture of Dominator and Madness style is needed. Mainly it seems like getting midas early and still going for earlygame fights is really tempting. I haven't tried it yet, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on a hybrid build as well.
3. With both two styles (I'm ignoring the support one), I'm having some trouble last hitting, especially against good harassers. Early hp-regen is something neither of these builds seem to have. Where would you fit this?
