This build I use with my friends, and with my friends only! I highly recommend NOT using this build in pubs, or with people you don't know... It can ruin a game really quickly, that's why it's a perfect build to troll your FRIENDS!
First of all, after getting your phase boots, you gotta finish your Shadow Blade, since it becomes much easier for you to Steal Kills because the enemy won't see you coming...After that, you need a little bit of power, try farming up for a daedalus, Vlad's and a Hyperstone, so you can right-click all you want, without relying on your Healing to do the work!
That is simple, never use your healing to actually heal, the purpose of the healing is Kill Stealing, since it's really easy to kill people with your 360 pure damage (on level 4).
Use your shadow blade to get near enemies, so they won't notice you... in Team Fights, stay perfectly still while your teammates do all the works, then kill the other team with your healing...
One other fun thing to do is, since you are Kill Stealing, you can buy a lot of good items, and become a carry! But of course, becoming a carry with Omniknight is still, a Hell of a Troll...
AND AGAIN: THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOKE, NEVER DO IT IN PUBS, ONLY IF YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH YOUR ENTIRE TEAM!
