While I was trying login with my smurf because my regular was in LP, it couldn't even connect to the steam servers.

got this problem twice already. restarting steam works fine for me.

Even restarting the computer is no good for me

Anyway, we all waited for 3 hours, playing Left 4 Dead 2 together, and suddenly "hey guys dota is available now!"
