New player looking for a mentor

I'm a new dota player, looking for a mentor. I'm not new to the genre, have played 2+ years of HoN, but I'm looking for someone to teach me what all the DOTA heroes do. Any other advice on how i can improve on my map awareness etc is always welcome though :)

my timezone is GMT +1, and im online a lot, as i have holidays atm :)
Requirements:
- Speak English/Dutch
- Have a mic

I can talk using any freeware, though I'd prefer to just use the steam chat for it :)

Contact me Black, we are looking for 1 or 2 new players to join us. We're Dutch, we use teamspeak, we help out eachother. I have HoN experience since beta and played dota 1 in WC3 before that, played up to 1700 at least, same with another one in my group. Main language in Teamspeak is Dutch unless we have an English player joining us. We expect you to be willing to learn and listen. My steam nick is the same as my nick here.
