New guy

Hey guys as the title suggests I am new to Dota 2. I have very little experience in Dota 1 so I don't really consider it. I have been playing for a few weeks now and have seen significant improvement but I feel like I would improve more if I had someone to give tips on items and such; maybe even critique my replays. Some games I dominate while the next game I will do horrible.

Some of my past gaming experience - 6 years of WoW, 3 years of SC 1, 1 year of SC 2 (Plat), few months of LoL.

I hope to hear back from someone who is willing to lend a hand and help me get more competitive. I hope to one day get onto a team but I have much more work to do till I hit that point.
