Mistborn Decanter



Gifts by sailors for Sea Deities to ensure safe passage across the ocean.

Recipe: Talisman of Evasion + Urn of Shadows + Wind Lace + Recipe (500) = Mistborn Decanter (3025 Gold)

+20% Evasion
+2 All Attributes
+2 Armor
+2 Mana Regen
+20 Move Speed

Active – Mist Release

Gain and consume charges like Urn of Shadows.

Ally Cast: Provide health regeneration and move speed for 8 seconds.

Enemy Cast: Deal damage per second and slow for 8 seconds.

Cooldown: 7
Range: 950
Health Regeneration: 30
Move Speed: 30%
Damage per Second: 30
Move Slow: 60%
  • Taking damage still dispels the healing but will not dispel the speed buff.
  • Successive casts do not stack and only refresh the duration.
