Gived chance of last pick

Hi everyone,
At start sorry for my English, still learning.

What do you think about to have a chance at picking phase, that give you the opportunity have a last pick. Doesn't matter, what role you are. This idea is based on fact, that Dota is so complex game, where supports can counter some late game heroes still so hard. On the other side, for support players it can be more impressive for playing, because a scale of support heroes pool will be more extensive. By my opinion, it will helps to gameplay with more tactical and strategical possibilities.
At the end, for some players or teams, that creating some hero lists for countering and creating picks it can bring some new diversification to the game.
