Fūjin, the Tempest Spirit, is the youngest among the spirit brothers. Born as a broken debris from Raijin's original self on a clash against Thunderkeg. The spirit of wind and electricity were split in twain; Fūjin owns the wind, Raijin owns the thunder.
Probably among the greatest chase support / initiator, Fūjin is a ranged agility spellcaster who can grant allies tremendous amounts of mobility and reach while displacing and disrupting enemies at the same time. [W] Divine Wind reveals the enemies' position and once his team is ready, [E] Gale Remnants can launch himself and his allies into the enemies' doorsteps. [Q] Cutting Cyclone disables 1 enemy out of a fight while the cyclone itself damage the rest of the enemies. And lastly, [R] Roaring Hurricane envelops Fūjin in a massive damaging tornado "Avatar-Style", able to move himself and misposition enemies while in the protection of the cyclone. A second charge of [E] Gale Remnants misposition his enemies even further.

There were 4 spirit brothers: Inai - the Void Spirit; Kaolin - the Earth Spirit; Raijin - the Storm Spirit; and Xin - the Ember Spirit. For the nigh infinite history the world had known them there were, and only were, 4 of them working together to keep the balance and natural flow of nature. However, the brothers were not immune to unforetold incidents... And the 5th of the spirit brothers is making itself known.
Many generations ago, A clash struck between the celestial Raijin and the mortal Thunderkeg. The result of which trapped the volatile power of Raijin's thunderous energy in Thunderkeg's mortal flesh and Jovial personality. Or so that's what everyone thought. Fractured into being and flung way beyond the most unknown of lands is the power of the storm without its thunder, forming into body and consciousness. No longer the Raijin he once was, he named himself Fūjin the Tempest Spirit. Born from strife, the 5th spirit owns the indignant and irascible personality of the past Raijin. And he'll take his old self back, whatever it takes.
[Q]Cutting Cyclone
Cyclones an enemy unit, purging it of buffs. Cycloned unit is stunned but invulnerable to damage except to Fūjin's spells. All other enemy units near the cyclone takes damage over time.

Dispelling the cyclone prematurely ends the damage over time.
The cycloned unit doesn't take damage from its own cyclone.
Can deal up to 80/150/240/350 (/420) damage.
[W]Divine Wind
Fūjin blows a gust in a direction and uses information carried by the wind to get a hold of his opponent's positions. Reveals and grants true sight on enemy heroes hit by the gust. Ranged allies are blessed by a tailwind to gain increased range when attacking a marked enemy. Allies also gain increased movement when moving towards a marked enemy.

NOTES / ADVANCED COMMENTS:
The remnant moves towards the targeted point at a speed of 900.
Remnants are invulnerable, phased, and doesn't provide vision. They do not interact with anything until activated.
[D]Activate Gale Remnant
Any unit standing in front of the targeted Gale Remnant will be displaced to the direction of the remnant's gaze. Allies are pushed farther (Fūjin especially) and gain a movement speed boost. Enemies are pushed slightly but are slowed.
The push speed adapts to make the push always last 0.5 seconds.
Doesn't interrupt anything. Cannot cancel channeling. And anyone can still attack, cast spells, and use items during the push. (20 talent makes the push disable enemies)
Destroys trees in 100 range around pushed units.
Can push enemies affected by Cutting Cyclone, as well as Fūjin affected by Roaring Hurricane. However, it cannot affect units in other forms of cyclone.
The mvspd boost/slow is applied after the push.
[R]Roaring Hurricane
Fūjin conjures a massive cyclone applying a basic dispel on himself and makes him invulnerable. As a special cyclone he can control, he is disarmed (25 not disarmed), muted, and slowed but can cast spells and move around with flight. Enemies near the cyclone periodically takes damage and knock-back in a clockwise/counterclockwise direction from the cylone.

Upgrades Roaring Hurricane. All basic abilities becomes charge-based and gain +1 charge on cast, allowing for more spells to cast. These charges are lost after the hurricane. Increases hurricane duration by 1.5s.

Upgrades Gale Remnant. +1 Charge. Every 525 units moved accelerates 4s Gale Remnant recharge-time.
