Its taking a while for new development of these last two Heroes? And just wonder how far away are they from being included into the game? Anyone have any ideas?

They're in the game, but for some reason Valve decided to not release them yet. Maybe they're planning to release them for Christmas or some other special event.

well their scripts and basic textures are in the game, but i dont believe the definitive textures, animations and particles are in there. or we would be able to see more details.

maybe a new hero will be released with the new patch, maybe not. but valve is known to leave hints before hero releases and people are speculating that this is pit lord in the Colosseum loading screen.
