What about Io? Isn't Io everything and everywhere... on every plane of existence simultaneously?

Unscathed, was your title meant to be a rhetorical question? You asked it, then answered it, then rejected other answers.

Okay, here are some heroes to discuss:

Elder Titan: Creator of the world. Seems pretty capable of ripping it to shreds if he wants to. Functionally god of the Dotaverse.

(The Four Fundamentals: Forces of the Universe)
Keeper of the Light: Strong enough to bring the first day. Representation of light, fastest force in the universe.
Io: Is a sentient manifestation of the three major forces of quantum mechanics (strong, weak, electromagnetism)
Chaos Knight: Oldest Fundamental, dimensional conqueror. Force of chaos.
Enigma: We dunno because he's an Enigma. Wait no, Gravity force (considered most power force in the universe). Creates black holes. Sounds powerful to me

Spectre: A being from another plane that is beyond comprehension.
Bane Embodiment of fear born from a god.
Ancient Apparition: Embodiment of Entropy.
Leshrac: Can ravage space time itself with Pulse Nova.
Outworld Devourer: A lovecraftian creature whose powers can affect multiple dimensions.
Night Stalker: Strong enough to survive the first day, which killed everything on the planet at the time.
Faceless Void: Can stop time and alter his fate.
Oracle: Actively alters fate by his predictions.
Weaver: Similar to above, but more aware and more ill defined.
Zeus: Is weakened in the main story. Still quite powerful as far as we know. At full power may be as strong as Elder Titan or the Fundamentals.
Visage: The Grim Reaper. Cannot die. Ferries souls to the beyond.

Juggernaut: Because spinning a bunch prevents his time from being stopped.

Juggernautt, because spinning in circles really fast makes you immune to scorching blasts of heat from the sun, catastrophic meteors, and other small thing like that.
On a more serious note, Elder Titan created the world, so yeah.

If that is the case, I apologize. It seemed odd.
