I don't understand your idea on the dropped item change.
The drop change is anti-griefing measures, just the the courier restock time. People drop their items on the floor, have them destroyed. Allies who are pissed will steal your items, now you can reclaim them with an attack command. Plus, I think removing item destruction from the game is fine with all the invis heroes as an indirect nerf to them. It might need an adjustment to avoid abuse of things like Tranquil Boots however.
I also disagree with the change to cliffing.
Sometimes something just shouldn't be changed just because it shouldn't.
This is not an argument. You could say that cliffing is what gives these heroes a big advantage in rune fights and a significant reason they are picked, but "it shouldn't be changed because it shouldn't" should not be your response to anything. Cliffing for like a minute would be fine, but it will be like 3 minutes before they are capable of getting down, it's too much. It can completely shut down an enemy core hero who is reliant on laning.
