Well you have charges for it, that's the first thing.

Basically they target the closest enemy, and I think they prioritise enemy champions, but only after they destroy the current minion they're targeting.

What you really have to do is set them up in such a way that anything that enters the middle of the range is absolutely destroyed.

You do this whilst slowly moving the turrets up the lane, passively pushing the towers.

Enemy towers will target turrets first, every time (unless you attack someone whilst under their tower)

There is atm 3 micro's that occur in league (i think), but none of them have to micro for very long at all.

Annie can control tibbers, but she has to instead point at the target location and press R again.

Shaco can do the same with his clone.

Leblanc you can alt+rightclick in order to move your illusion.

You forgot Mordekaiser, Yorick and well, Orianna does have a controllable ball.

Are you making the Heroes and Champions compete lore wise or gameplay wise? If lore wise then most heroes in Dota will rekt the Champions of League of Legends. Gameplay wise however, they'll have to balanced according to the game. If Lee Sin was balanced to the world of Dota I think he'll be very strong mid game character with the amount of mobility he has. Same idea would go to Nature's Prophet, his split-push potential will be abused.

Just think how evil Techies would be in LoL.
