I'd join the steam group as well, being in the guild means I can find you an invite you to party, but I'd rather just post the Lobby Password into Steam chat and get everyone in at once, rather than chasing stragglers.

CET/CEST is 1 hour ahead of GMT/GMT+1, so it'd be 15:30 for you and me. If you look on http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ and put in the nearest large city to you and "Luxembourg" (<- I used the location of the servers for the "local" {16:30 CEST} time), you'll get an exact time difference.
