Looking for open-minded Mentor.

I used to play WC3: Reign of Chaos DotA. (A long, long time ago...) but retained my MOBA skill by playing other games (HoN, LoL) and some general knowledge from when I played.

Basically, I like to keep an open mind when approaching a new game, especially when I catch it in beta, and not everyone (or anyone) knows the full extent to how the game works.

I'm looking for a mentor, because I'm dedicated to become a skilled player, and every time I look for help in spectating matches, or online in general topics, I always get one attitude.

That's wrong, because I know the correct reason.

I often ask, why? Why is this wrong? Why do you build this? Why does this counter ______ champ?

I always seem to ask why, and no one seems to be able to elaborate their reasons rather than...

Noobs are noobs. They don't know as much as me.

All I'm asking for is someone whom I can respect for their skill and knowledge who, with an open mind can explain to me all these "why's" that I keep coming up with. It's also important to note that I have the reflexes, I can last hit, etc. But my problem is getting a larger understanding of the game, so I can BE at the right place to last hit. I can BE in the correct position to use my skills.
