I noticed there wasn't a hero specifically built around stats, so I figured I'd design one. If you haven't already guessed by the name, he is inspired by Pythagoras, the famous Greek mathmetician. I quite like his skillset, but do tell me if you think it's balanced or if something needs tweaking. Other than that, here's his lore if you're interested!
Pythaga was always a smart child, much more so than the rest. He knew he was different, that he had a gift. The problem was, he wanted to practice in the arcane arts, but his parents had forbade it. They deemed it too dangerous for him, but Pythaga was not to be swayed from his dream. One day, he left his home and went off in search of someone who could show him the world of magic. After weeks of barely surviving on what little food and water he could scavenge, he finally came across a stranger on the trail. A stranger who claimed to be able to teach him what he wanted to learn. This man, Warlock he called himself, showed Pythaga how to utilize and control magic, teaching him a spell or two along the way. But one day, the stranger left him all alone again. Saddened, Pythaga began to walk again, every day practicing what magic he knew. But a few weeks later, he heard horrifying news. Skada, the town in which he was born and raised, had been burnt to the ground by a strange man named ' Warlock.' Ever since that day, 12 years later, Pythaga has been fueled by anger, determined to find and kill the man he once called his tutor, so that he, and his families spirits may one day find peace knowing that they had been avenged.
I understand that, but at max level you steal a combined 12 stats 4 strength + 4 agility + 4 Intelligence I think it may be a little bit to strong but guess we will see what others opinions are maybe I am wrong.

Changed it so that it only applies to heroes he kills rather than heroes that die in a certain radius, to make it a little bit weaker.
So if I where to play this hero, then my builds would be...
W-Stats-W-Stats-W-Stats-W-Stats-R-Stats-Stats-Stats-Stats-Stats-R-Stats-R-Stats
So at level 17 with my ultimate on I would have exactly 295.5 strength granting me 5614.5 health and 8.8 health regen.
I would have exactly 280 agility granting me 40 armor 280% attack speed and I would have 321.5 intelligence granting me 321.5 bonus damage 4179.5 mana and 12.8 mana regen.
I calculated these stats combining his normal stats growth + his starting stats the bonus 60 stats he would get from leveling up stats combined with his Brain Booster Skill and then multiplied it by 2.5x for his ultimate. And this does not include any items which would surely inflate the numbers dramatically.
Sven's ultimate can suck it haha this would be the best steroid ultimate in the gameXD

Yeah I made it cos I wanted him to be freakishly strong but I guess I should tone down the duration a little or **** Phantom Lancer, this guy is the one you wanna be scared of xD
Imagine the possibilities with Daedalus... O.O
Not to mention with Aghanim's Scepter they're twice as squishy as before :o
The thing is, I think he's quite overpowered (here I go again..). His Q is so strong, he steals 4 of each stat when he kills someone. Even though it won't be stolen if the enemy was killed by a teammate, it is still too good. If the numbers are to remain as they are on this skill, then it should not steal stats from them, but simply "aquire" them.
W is an ok skill actually, it makes people strongly consider leveling stats over all else.
His E... The stat drain lasts for a total of 90 seconds. When your opponent respawns, he will still have the stat reduction, no matter what the stage of the game is. Make the stat drain 2/2/3/3, make the duration 8/10/12/14 and the stat drain duration 20/25/30/35. That way, it wouldn't be completely broken early and lategame, but is still incredibly useful thanks to the 3 stats stolen from each attribute every hit. The mana cost can be reduced to 100/110/120/130 and cooldown reduced to 45. That way, it can be used more frequently in gank attempts to annoy the hell out of the enemy.
His ultimate is really strong. The multiplier should not scale so much, its just really frightening. 1.5/1.8/2x is a good start, but can be tweaked a little. The Agahnim's Scepter upgrade is very unique, but its also too strong. Reduce the stat reduction to 0.8x and its good. If not, a straight buff to the multiplier could work too, like 1.7/2/2.3.
I'm really starting to sound picky, but the way it is is just too strong. All I have to say now is, good idea, wish I thought of that :P
EDIT: Aaah... I just thought of a suggestion for your ultimate. How about, instead of increasing your stats, it increases your damage based on your stats. For example, if your stats are at 40/40/40, it could deal the total (120) divided by 3 as auto attack damage (+40). The duration should only scale, because this effect is actually quite strong. So its 10/15/20 duration. Lategame, you'd be a beast, while you are nothing to scoff at early on as well. Plus, it synergises well with your other skills, and you'd literally be gaining more damage every attack due to the stat steal of your E.
