Attack Speed slow stacking from Shiva's and Skadi

I wanted to know whether the attack speed slows from Shiva's Guard and Eye of Skadi stack. That would result in a total of 90 decreased attack speed for anyone you're attacking, right? I'm just thinking about Shiva's Guard as a possible replacement for Heart of Tarrasque on Agility heroes that build heart against right-clicking line ups. Decreasing 45 AS in AOE and 45 more on your target sounds amazing. Plus, Shiva's Guard's active also synergises with Eye of Skadi.

Why would you not build Butterfly if you're agility? It gives a lot more damage to agility heroes, and even if they get MKB, you still get to freely use the active for movespeed without any fear.

The only AGI heroes you might want a Shivas over a Bfly or AC on would be Razor (AC is still preferable), Viper (Heart is probably better), a support Morphling, or Arc Warden (better here than butterfly, since he has 100% evasion, and also this item is the only one that lets him teamfight, Skadi sucks on him though). Anyone else who's right click reliant will probably prefer other items, like abyssal, hex, or linkens.

What specific situation are you thinking of going Skadi and Shivas?

Well, not with a agy hero, but with Omni I build Shiva's Guard and Eye of Skadi when playing as core, the same with Abaddon. About Razor I usually prefer Assault Cuirass in Razor to increase the amount of armor I can reduce and because Cuirass gives AS, which Razor strongly needs. Eye of Skadi is my late game favorite item, the stats, the slow, the tankiness it provides, the overall item is just awesome, I never build Tarrasque in a hero that can use Skadi (because Skadi in Axe isn't that great)

Shiva's and eye of skadi is legit as **** on a Silencer you hit like a truck you will have good armor, hp and some attackspeed. And the slows are usefull too.

How would u progress to shiva early enough for it to be a really big impact cause I usually get shiva as a 4thank or 5th item and by them it's pretty late and I've been getting skadi second usually after a situational aghs,orchid,or blink and another small item

I don't like Shiva's Guard in Silencer since I see Shiva's as a initiator item or at least a close combat item, I like Atos, Force Staff, maybe Orchid in Silencer. I guess it's just personal opinion but I prefer Vyse rather than Shivas.

Well in most cases vyse would be better but when they have multiple enemies that are amazing gap closers or your team has no initiation and u are forced to counterinitiate on then then shiva would be great over vyse but vyse is almost always core in my silencer build which exempt for skadi and vyse everything is situational

Okay, you see I've been seeing a lot of Phantom Assassin and Legion Commander in games lately, and I usually play as Phantom Lancer. Okay, not usually, always. :3

So Shiva's plus Skadi against heroes such as these? In case you're wondering the item build would then look something like Power Treads >> Diffusal >> Manta >> MKB/Skadi >> MKB/Skadi >> Shiva's. It's not like it's hard playing against these heroes, it's just that I'm always looking to try something new. Just theory crafting.

The standard build I'm working with nowadays is
Power Treads - Diffusal - Manta - Abyssal - Skadi - Satanic
And it's working perfectly for me. But I was just thinking of more ideas, you know.
