Way to copy my build in a bad way. This is probably why your win rate is so low. Good day!

I think you are trying to introduce carry SB, which is wrong. if you cant kill someone with Q into few auto-attacks+ult, then you should consider repicking this space cow. you are trying to fix SB's problems to make him counter all heroes, BUT AT WHAT PRICE? its simply better to pick Lifestealer if they are tanky heroes and SB can't defeat them without AS

Well attack speed directly scales with your bash so it's the single most important statistic for your hero. Treads Urn SB and Moon Shard is less than 10k NW which is definitely possible to achieve on a position 3. Even if you don't get the second Hyperstone you still have one. The second one is a pure bonus that adds attack speed. The thing I don't like about drum is that the aura/active is not too useful because a lot of the ganks you get won't be with your team. Also it gives you a bunch of stats you don't really care about.

well, hats of to you mate! definitely great idea on MoM. its not really worth the 30% dmg increase, i actually won a game with MoM only gotten because we were too dominating and it was gotten as third item. my items were urn>boots of speed>power treads>MoM(i had a ton of kills already) and that was it! really, i think dont get MoM, but do you REALLY need attack speed? your job is to gank people who die to Q>auto attack>ult and those AS items are only for carries, anyways, good job at doing well... everything! just remove those AS items, please, for gods sake, you arent building carry SB, you are building SB, gankers build cheap, cost-effective items
like drums or urns, and moon shard isnt definitely one, but still, good guide

I remember a guide called AUTOWIN: SPIRITBREAKER by achmadeloosheboo.
He advised building hyperstones on barathrum as a good way to boost your progression. People failed to believe him. Then moonshard got introduced. And voila, a visionary's concept came to reality
Salute to you and that guy.

Mask of Madness is too risky of an item. The damage amp is actually enormous since you are taking more damage from all sources. You assume that every pick off will go swimmingly, but the reality is that sometimes you will get caught out and die from the amp before you can charge out to a creep wave on another lane.

Not to mention that in most teamfights you will need to tank some hits which you are pretty good at while stunning the most important enemy. Mask of Madness just isn't really worth the reduced survivability.

I have a real problem with the logic behind MoM. You see Bara is a single target stunner. At no time should you be tanking up enemy right clicks, because you're one and only job is a three step process:

1. Charge an enemy (preferably a squishy)
2. Right Click them down, using your perma-bash. You can do this becaus eht eenmy is still stunned from your charge
3. Use ultimate to finish them off.

and from there you will use Haste to get the hell out until Chagre is on cooldown. Mask is used purely for that attack speed after charging. More attack speed = more bashes = you not having to fight them head on (until late game when you get AC).

A quick Shadow Blade/Armlet is better imo. Mask of Madness is too risky.

Why Charge at level 4? Wouldn't Haste be better for the passive effect?

Empowering Haste pushes the lane, and as you're most of the time offlaning, you don't want the lane to be pushed.
