Wisp is a full support, not a carry. Like the other guy said, read other wisp guides and do research before making you're guides.

Wisp can't carry, his main role is support.

I appreciate you trying to create your play style in the form of a guide here, but generally Wisp is played as a support. You leaned toward agi based items, wisp is a str hero and does not benefit much from these items. I suggest reading other wisp guides and studying how to play wisp, no negativity intended, its just a very ineffective way to play wisp and you could not possibly acquire all these items in a match as you have no farming power.
