Better than nothing...they still tank a hit or two...but it is about the ensnare which only has the weakness of a pretty long cast time if I am not mistaken.

I think all of Doom's neutral abilities have the same cast time.

It deals 24-25 damage... Refraction ignore damage that is below 5.

So I'm assuming it does, unless TA has a lot of armour. :D

Still need to get used to being able to cast a soft purge on allies now. Still salty about the ult not giving invis anymore. The hero is difficult with randoms I don't think I'll stick to playing him in pubs. Mana becomes an issue with the low cd abilities. Arcanes into Aether Lense and Soulring might work.

Rate 5/10 Oracle is really average as a hero. I still would pick other supports over him.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but any changes to dps abilities making them deal less damage per instances but over more instances are actually a buff to ta eh?

It's only a buff in cases where the damage becomes minute; as a general rule, increasing the number of damage instances of an ability is a nerf to TA

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

guys could you pls help me with Arc warden
i realy like the hero and i want to pick it every match if i can to get better with it
but i want to know when and when not shall i pick arc and what is the good line-up and teams for him
i will be if someone can kindly share me part of his experince

Arc Warden is a somewhat bad laner because of his low base dmg so you need at least one support in lane. He is still decent at zoning with his Q, but he has no kill potential without setup.

If you think your lineup can secure your lane then go for AW, else he's not really worth it.
