I can't seem to play without lag. The only server where i get the least ping is EU and i still have 150ms playing Dota 2.

what is wrong? My PC is quite good and have a pretty solid internet connection. And pls don't comment to stop download in the background because that is not the problem

Check for viruses and malware.

Where are you located (southern Sweden is accurate enough for example)?

What servers do you play on (EU east, EU West, Russia) and what is your average and/or median ping there?

What about malware? And your location?

What about the average/median ping on those servers which you get the lowest ping on?
