I think honestly that the buffs were not net worthy because it only good to venge as a carry and not as hard support. In most team compositions venge is picked up as hard support.

I would just like to mention that an agi buff is almost nothing. Agillity is compared with the other stats the worst in the game. It gives only 1 attackspeed and with 7 agi you get 1 armor.

veng her agi went from 2.8 to 3.3. This means every level she gets 0.5 agi more than previous patch. At level 25 that means she have 12.5 agi more. That is 12 damage 12 attackspeed and 1.8 armor.

I hope you see that an agi buff is almost nothing. Strenght or int buffs are way bigger than agi.
