There's merit to Octarine Core, but it's generally either when you are super ahead or you don't need the utility that badly. Because you do get more value subsequently out of utility pick-ups.

It's not like... traaaaash tier, but it's not great either.

Admittedly only 10s of daytime is crazy in certain games, because you do see teams plan around the downtime of the ability even in the super late game, and this basically eliminates that.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

The only crazy and annoying build I see is rikki carrying a dagon.
