The only way to beat Naga is to 5-man down one lane and get rax. The only thing she can do to prevent that is to spam illusions and send them one at a time to stop your push.

If you can kill illusions on a 5-second cooldown, Naga can't stop your push in any way.

And once you get one set of rax Naga gets noticeably weaker, since she can't push down lanes as effectively.

Meepo for Terrorblade. Easy illusion clear, burst via Poof. Once Terrorblade is down, he's going to have a hard time plowing through an army of clones.
