Need help wirh crating custom games

Hy everyone!
I have absolutly no idea how to make a game with hammer editor.

I just know what kind of custom game i would like to play :)

I think it would be great to have a agme like ability draft where you can pick the hero you want (all pick) and then pick EVERY skill that exists in the game. Number of skills: 3 standart and 1 ulti (like in the original game). Skills can be picked by multiple players. The Map should be the original but with about 200 - 300 % of gold and exp gain to make games fast and funny.

What do you think about this game?

Is it possible to import the original dota map and ability draft mode to hammer esitor and just change it to "my" game or is it much more complicated then i think?

Maybe we can play a round of "Ultimate ability draft" one day ;)

i think this might already exist. maybe not exactly this but there are multiple versions that are different then the official ability draft.

It already exists? That would be nice, so no work for me :D
